Denver police have arrested a female motorist in a hit-and-run accident Friday morning.
John White, a spokesman for the Denver Police Department, said the woman turned herself in and also pointed officers to West 20th Avenue and Wadsworth Boulevard, where she said she left the vehicle. Police did not identify the woman.
Police said a vehicle backed over a man walking in the parking lot at 1200 Federal Blvd. about 9:35 a.m. Witnesses said the vehicle then hit him again as it drove away. The unidentified man was in critical condition Friday night. The Denver Post
