GREELEY — Jake Orchard scored 28 points and was 6-of-6 on 3-pointers, and Westminster, Utah, shocked Northern Colorado 73-60 on Thursday night.
Tanner Gregory added 11 points for Westminster, an NAIA school from Salt Lake City. The Griffins finished 12-of-25 from beyond the arc and converted 16 UNC turnovers into 22 points.
Tate Unruh led Northern Colorado (2-5) with 16 points. Paul Garnica had 14 points for the Bears, who went 14-0 at home a year ago.

LARAMIE — Sarah Nelson had 21 points and eight rebounds and the Bluejays (4-2) never trailed.
Creighton led 32-22 at halftime, but the Cowgirls (1-5) tied the game with a 10-0 run to open the second half. Two free throws and two layups by Nelson put the Bluejays back up by six, and Creighton continued to stretch its lead the rest of the way.
