Parker police suspect a young man who stole drugs from a Safeway store pharmacy today might have held-up other pharmacies in the Denver metro region.
At about 2:30 p.m. today, the man showed a pharmacy worker he had a gun in his waist band and asked for prescription drugs.
When police arrived at the store at 11051 S. Parker Road, he was gone. He left the store on foot and no one saw a vehicle.
He was described as white, in his 20s with blond hair. He was about 6 feet tall and 190 pounds and wore a black baseball cap, black jacket, black T-shirt, black shoes and faded jeans, police said.
