El Paso Corp.’s 42-inch Ruby natural-gas pipeline may return to service as soon as Saturday after a fire on a segment in northern Utah prompted the company to declare force majeure earlier this month.
El Paso must replace a block valve damaged by Saturday’s fire in Cache County, Utah, according to a notice to shippers.
