Looking for holiday gifts from small, local companies? Three artists will be showing and selling their work from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday at Crybaby Ranch. My Lola, a jewelry company created by sisters Molly and Madeline Brenneman, creates simple but luxurious designs. Their current safari-themed line features leather bracelets with beads of carnelian, pearl, glass, moonstone and turquoise, among other materials. They’re also using more luxurious options, including chalcedony, gold and diamond charms. The sisters devote a percentage of their profits from each collection to various charities. Previous recipients have been Village of Hope Uganda, Warm Blankets Orphan Care International and Women for Women International; . If you’re rather indulge your skin than your waistline with holiday treats, the Ritz-Carlton Spa Denver has some ideas on how to do it. Among its seasonal offerings are a Gingerbread Facial that also includes an herbal spice hand exfoliation and peppermint scalp and foot massage, $200 for 80 minutes. They’re also scheduling the Sugar & Spice Scrub, a concoction that includes sweet almond oil, walnut extract, shea butter, nutmeg, cinnamon and clove oil to soften and soothe the skin, plus a chocolate sugar scrub for the hands and feet and a peppermint oil scalp massage, $115 for 45 minutes. A third seasonal treatment is a multistep Peppermint Patty Pedicure, $125 for 75 minutes.
