This holiday season, skiers and snowboarders have something else to celebrate in Vail — the grand opening of the new Matsuhisa restaurant located in the lobby of The Solaris Residences in Vail Village. Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, one of the premier chefs of Japanese cuisine, will be in Vail over the holidays to celebrate the opening of the new restaurant.
“It’s an honor to have Nobu join us to open the Vail restaurant,” said Todd Clark, director of operations of Matsuhisa Vail and Matsuhisa Aspen. “This is his 29th restaurant, but only the fifth to open with the Matsuhisa name. Vail now joins a select group of luxury destinations to offer a Matsuhisa experience.”
Other Matsuhisa restaurants can be found in Beverly Hills, Aspen, Mykonos and Athens, Greece.
