TUCSON — Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and other survivors of the Tucson shooting rampage will come together Jan. 8 to commemorate the one-year mark of that tragic day. The Tucson events planned include a communitywide ringing of bells, an interfaith service and a series of talks reflecting the lives of Giffords and the six people killed in the shooting. During the talks, Colorado Sen. Mark Udall will speak about Giffords.
