Louisville-based Condo Capital Solutions has purchased 33 of the remaining 41 flats in the Luce project at Lowry Town Center.
“We have purchased the note which comprises all of the unsold units in the 41 unit project,” said the firm’s managing partner Peter Wells in a statement released Monday. His partner at Condo Capital Solutions is Marcel Arsenault.
The Luce project was built in 2009 by Trammell Crow Co. and Village Homes and designed by Denver-based Humphries Poli Architects.Prices will range from $199,000 to the mid $400,000 range, a 50 percent drop from initial pricing during construction.
Condo Capital Solutions said it has sales exceeding $58 million across its four active projects: The Pinnacle in Denver, the ASCENT in Avon, Mira Villa in Summerlin, Nev. And Ocean Edge outside of Jacksonville, Fla.
