Broomfield police are looking for a woman who entered a gas station/convenience store and threatened to shoot the clerk during a robbery.

The incident happened about 12:15 a.m. Wednesday at a Circle K, 425 U.S. 287, according to a Broomfield Police Department news release.

Police said a woman handed a candy bar to the clerk and demanded cash from the register. The robber, who had a purple hoodie tied tightly around her face, threatened to shoot the clerk if police were called. No weapon was seen.

The woman is described as white, about 5 feet 4 inches and 110 pounds. She wore black gloves during the robbery.
