PUEBLO, Colo.—Police say the same man has robbed three Pueblo banks within a week.

The Pueblo Chieftain reported Saturday that in each robbery, a man handed a teller a threatening note demanding that money be put in a backpack.

No one has been arrested. Police haven’t said how much money was taken.

The robberies occurred Monday, Thursday and Friday.

The robber wore a black hooded sweat shirt-jacket and had a black backpack in each case.

Police Sgt. Ken Espinoza calls the robber “brazen.”
