FRISCO, Colo.—The Summit Board of County Commissioners is abandoning mail ballots for the 2012 primary election in June.
According to the Summit Daily News ( ), county commissioners decided to switch back to polling places to keep from confusing voters on how the election would be conducted.
Under Colorado law, voters must be given the option to vote in person in general elections.
