BOULDER, Colo.—A 20-year-old University of Colorado student who told police she was attacked early Jan. 22 has been ticketed on suspicion of false reporting.
Police say Nina Fiorillo originally said a man with a knife grabbed her as she was walking alone before she managed to get away.
The Daily Camera reports ( ) she was ticketed Thursday after she allegedly told investigators who were asking about discrepancies in her story that she was pushed into some bushes, but there was no assault.
