DENVER—The Colorado Rapids have traded forward Macoumba Kandji to the Houston Dynamo for a conditional draft pick.
Kandji was with the team when it won its first MLS Cup in 2010. His play led to the game-winning overtime goal, but he tore his ACL in his left knee in the process. He returned to the field midway through the 2011 season.
