CENTENNIAL, Colo.—A man convicted of inappropriately touching a boy in the bathroom of a Target store in Sheridan has been sentenced to prison.
Thirty-eight-year-old David Lee Rigoulot was sentenced Thursday to three years to life in prison for the 2010 encounter. He was convicted in December of sex assault on a child and false imprisonment.
