RULISON, Colo.—A Rulison man is warning Encana Oil and Gas (USA) to stay off his land or risk being treated as a “malicious trespasser.”
Thomas Thompson notified the company on Wednesday he believes the company violated a 1997 agreement by failing to control weeds and dust. Thompson did not say what action he plans to take.
The Glenwood Springs Post Independent () says a spokesman for Encana declined comment.
