A 23-year-old man was rushed to the hospital after an accident at Keystone Resort this afternoon.

Around 1:01 p.m. ski patrol was called to the intermediate trail, Spring Dipper, according to a news release from the resort.

Ski patrol responded immediately and gave the man advanced life support before he was taken to the Keystone Medical Center.

The name and condition of the man has not been released.

The Summit County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that the coroner was called to the scene.

The man was not wearing a helmet at the time of the incident.
