A large-scale street brawl brought calls for Colorado Springs police early Sunday morning outside a west side bar, the Colorado Springs Gazette reported.
At 1:40 a.m., witnesses called 911 saying as many as 25 people brawling on the 2400 Colorado Avenue outside an Old Colorado City bar.
The fight was big but brief. Police said the combatants were gone when patrol cars rolled up.
The police say, however, the massive fight is no urban legend.
Later in the morning, officers talked with a man on 1500 block of Colorado who said he’d been threatened with a knife outside the bar.
