From Andrew Causey of Downslope Distilling in Centennial. Makes 1 drink.
Ingredients
2 ounces Downslope Ould Tom Gin
2 ounces fresh lemon juice
1½ tablespoons agave syrup
Dash of Angostura bitters
Soda water
Cherry
Lemon slice
Directions
Pour Ould Tom Gin, lemon juice, agave syrup, bitters and ice into a shaker and shake like you mean it. Strain into Collins glass with ice, top with soda water, stir gently and garnish with cherry and lemon.
