• Because of a source error, Deputy State Forester Joe Duda’s name was incorrect in a story about the Lower North Fork fire on Page 1A on Wednesday.
• Because of an editing error, a brief on Page 2B on Tuesday incorrectly described the location of a midair collision of two small airplanes. It occurred over southeast Longmont.
• Because of a reporting error, a story on Page 6B on Sunday about grants to educational organizations incorrectly identified the Charter School Growth Fund as the Colorado League of Charter Schools. The organizations are separate.
