Carnaval might be over for the year, but that hasn’t stopped Macy’s from exploring the colorful fashion, beauty and home products of Brazil and offering them for sale in 300 of its stores. Starting earlier this week, O Mercado, The Market at Macy’s opened as part of its “Brasil: a Magical Journey” campaign, which officially kicks off May 16 and goes through July 15. Among the fashions featured at select stores will be looks from Brazilian-born Francisco Costa, the designer for Calvin Klein’s women’s collections. The fashion offerings also will include handbags, shoes, jewelry and scarves from Carlos Falchi, clothing from Rachel Roy and swimwear from several designers. Ten percent of the sales price of all products will benefit The Nature Conservancy and efforts to protect the Brazilian Amazon rainforest.  macys.com
