The Big Chill package is available at the Austin, Houston and Dallas properties. Terms vary. For example, at the Four Seasons Hotel Austin, the rate in mid-July is $349 a night. China on the cheap. Pacific Delight Tours has a special promotion on a trip to China with a Yangtze River cruise on Victoria Cruises. The nine-night Journey to China starts at $1,699 per person double and includes four nights in a superior stateroom with a private balcony, departing from Yichang; all intra-China flights; deluxe hotels in Beijing and Shanghai; meals; shore excursions and entrance fees; and taxes.
