Getting your player ready...
Opening. Nuggets backup guard Andre Miller and L.A. starting center Andrew Bynum were perfect in the first quarter. Miller was 5-of-5, and Bynum hit his four.
Recovery. JaVale McGee went for a block on Bynum, and then McGee went over Bynum, who stopped in the lane when McGee came soaring across. Bynum was called for a travel, and McGee plummeted face-first to the floor but got up during the TV timeout.
Revisions. The Lakers’ low-post defense was much improved in the second half. After giving the Nuggets 36 points in the paint in the first half, the Lakers shut it down to just 16 points in the final 24 minutes.
