Denver Police Chief Robert C. White will man the shears Thursday afternoon, as police officers and the department’s fleet-management workers shave their heads.
The department is showing its support for Henry “Pop Clutch” Klap, a 75-year-old volunteer in the parts department who was recently diagnosed with cancer.
The “head-shaving rally” will be at 1:30 p.m. at the Fleet Management Garage at 5440 Roslyn St .
