National Bank Holdings Corp. said Friday it will relocate its headquarters from Boston to metro Denver, bringing 150 new jobs.
The holding company, which operates 103 banking centers, said the headquarters will operate from offices in Denver and Greenwood Village. The move is expected to be complete by the end of August.
Most of the new jobs will be existing bank employees moving to Denver. Some will be hired locally, according to the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade.

“We believe we have been effective in creating jobs and building a very strong franchise and presence in our Midwestern markets, and we are going to bring the same level of presence, commitment, and focus to Colorado,” said Tim Laney, president and chief executive.
