A Colorado Springs Catholic priest allegedly had inappropriate contact with a 16-year-old and provided the teenage boy and another male with alcohol and marijuana, according to an arrest affidavit released Thursday.
Charles Robert Manning, 77, was charged in court Thursday on suspicion on one count of sexual assault by one in a position of trust and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
