COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—A 3 year-old child is recovering from minor injuries after falling out of a second-story window.
The mother told Colorado Springs police on Tuesday that the child was in an apartment bedroom and fell through a screen.
The child suffered cuts on the head. Police say no charges will be filed because it was an accident. The mother and child were not identified.
