Four children and one man were involved in a rollover accident involving a pickup truck in Teller County this afternoon.
According to Mike Baker of Colorado State Patrol, the call came in around 3:27 p.m. and the children have been flown to Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs.
Two of the children have sustained possible serious injuries and the other two might have mild to moderate injuries. Their ages are 6,9,10 and 12.
Baker said 28-year-old Joshua Robillard, the Florissant resident driving the 2001 Ford pickup truck, was transported with minor injuries to Memorial Hospital by a private party.
The rollover occurred on Teller County Road 111. The nature of the accident is unknown but drugs and alcohol are not suspected as contributing factors.
Robillard’s relation to the children is still unknown.
