BOULDER, Colo.—A man under a restraining order to keep him away from the Boulder City Council says he is not a threat to city officials.
Boulder Deputy Mayor Lisa Morzel asked to be removed from a restraining order that prevents longtime critic Seth Brigham from having any contact with top officials, saying she does not believe he is a danger.
According to the Boulder Daily Camera ( ), the city attorney sought the restraining order because of obscene outbursts at city meetings.
A hearing on whether to make the restraining order permanent is scheduled for Aug. 6.
