Two lanes of westbound Interstate 70 opened at the Eisenhower Tunnel about 11 a.m. Wednesday after all lanes were closed almost four hours.
The Colorado Department of Transportation issued an alert about the closure shortly after 7 a.m. Wednesday, saying it was due to a vehicle fire between the tunnel and Silverthorne.
The left and center lanes re-opened at 11 a.m., but the right lane remains blocked.
