The Wheat Ridge Cultural Commission is offering a program for Wheat Ridge residents to join or start their own book club. Wheat Ridge Reads is a citywide book club and residents are encouraged to join by reading “3MPH: The Adventures of One Woman’s Walk Around the World” by Colorado author Polly Letofsky. Two programs with the author are offered in September, 10 a.m. Sept. 15 at the Richards-Hart Estate, W. 28th Ave. and Benton St., and 7 p.m. Sept. 20 at the Wheat Ridge Recreation Center, 4005 Kipling St. Visit the website for more information.
