has launched an Internet scavenger hunt for fans to find individual video clips for each new song from its new album, “Fragrant World.”

As of early Wednesday afternoon, eight of the 11 tracks were out there, somewhere, in the World Wide Web. The hidden hallucinatory videos come from Japanese artist Yoshi Sodeoka.

Through and starting Wednesday morning, the band led fans to websites with links to the YouTube videos.

Clues include such helpful hints as, “Shhhhh. Be Quiet, the Demon has risen” and “The microscope is out.”

The project, PSCYVOTV, stands for Preemptive Self-Commissioned Yeasayer Vorstellung or Track Visualizer. “Vorstellung” means “introduction” in German.

In a message announcing the hunt, the band said, “Please remember, itap fun to share, but more important to support.”

The music videos will only be available until 8 p.m. EST on Friday. They are unlisted on YouTube, meaning only those with the link can view them.
