A Weld County man was sentenced Friday to nine years in prison for he threw from a balcony.
Dominick Ramirez, 47, was convicted of manslaughter on June 7 for the death of 60-year-old Larry Pino, according to a Weld County District Attorney’s Office media release.
On Aug. 13, 2011, Ramirez threw a rock off of his Garden City balcony after having a fight with Pino. The rock hit the victim in the head and he later died of his injuries, prosecutors said.
