Maybe only the beauty- and celebrity-obsessed get a kick out of this, but Katie Cazorla, owner of The Painted Nail in Hollywood, will be in Denver this weekend promoting her reality show, “Nail Files,” now in its second season on TV Guide network. Cazorla is traveling in a mobile spa, setting up shop at 16th and Lawrence streets to give free mini-manicures. 12:30-6 p.m. Friday, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The show airs at 7 p.m. Sundays.
