FORT COLLINS, Colo.—Colorado State University police have arrested a man following a series of thefts from unlocked offices and laboratories on campus.
Forty-one-year-old David Gutzke was being held Tuesday with bond set at $10,000 bond. He was arrested for investigation of second-degree burglary, misdemeanor theft, felony criminal impersonation and felony identity theft.
The Coloradoan reports () police allegedly found some stolen items on Gutzke when he was arrested. Gutzke is described as a transient. It’s unclear whether he has a lawyer who could comment on his behalf.
