COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Colorado Springs investigators have yet to determine whether the most destructive wildfire in Colorado history was started intentionally, but a reward is being offered for information leading to the identification of whoever did it.

Police said Thursday that an anonymous donor is offering $100,000 for information leading to the identification and possible arrest, if applicable, of whoever started the Waldo Canyon Fire.

The wildfire exploded June 23 and went on to kill two people and damage or destroy 359 homes.

Investigators have said the fire was human caused but haven’t publicly identified any suspects. They also haven’t determined whether it was started accidentally.

They say the blaze started within three miles of the Waldo Canyon trailhead off U.S. 24.
