Dream On Me Infant Swing

Details: The Happy Swing II is a fabric infant swing that comes in red and green with a tray and grab bar attachment. The model/style number included in the recall is “432.” These were sold at kids stores and CSN stores nationwide and online at Wayfair and from October 2010 through September 2012, for about $80 and $130.

How many: About 560

Why: The opening between the tray and seat or the grab bar and seat can allow a child’s body to pass through and become entrapped at the neck, posing a strangulation hazard.

Incidents: None reported.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the swings immediately and contact the importer, Dream On Me, for a replacement product: 877-201-4317 or .

Dream On Me High Chair

Details: Also recalled from the same importer: Bistro high chairs with model/style number “255.” The high chair was sold in blue or pink. The fabric on the seat has a polka-dot design and “Dream On Me” is printed on a label attached to the front of the white tray. The recalled high chair was sold at kids stores including between November 2011 and September 2012 for about $75.

How many: About 90

Why: The front openings and the side openings can allow a child’s body to pass through and become entrapped at the neck. In addition, exposed springs between the seat and armrest on both sides of the high chair can create a pinch hazard.

Incidents: None reported.

Remedy: Stop using the swings immediately and contact the importer for a replacement product: 877-201-4317 or .

Kid’s Upholstered Chair

Details: These recalled children’s upholstered toddler chairs in Club style and Mod style are 24 inches wide by 18 inches tall by 17 inches deep. The chairs were sold in various fabrics and colors from November 2007 to August 2012 for about $100 to $140, online at , , , , and , as well as in Buy Buy Baby and other specialty stores. The chairs were all sold with matching ottomans.

How many: About 16,850

Why: Staples in the binding on the back of the chair may come loose, posing a laceration or choking hazard if swallowed.

Incidents: None reported.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the chair away from children and inspect the binding. Contact the firm for a repair kit with instructions.
