All lanes of eastbound C-470 between Yosemite Street and Interstate 25 will be closed early Saturday as Lone Tree Police continue their investigation into a fatal hit-and-run accident that happened Thursday.
The closure will start at about 8:30 a.m. and should last about an hour to an hour and a half.
Traffic will be diverted off the highway at Yosemite Street during that time.
Drivers on C-470 are encouraged to seek alternate routes including University Boulevard or Quebec Street.
. Dennis Dolce, 51, of Littleton, was declared dead on scene.
A woman identified as Erin Finn, 20, fled the scene, but has since been arrested.
