Pink Martini
Serves 1
Ingredients
2 ounces vodka
1 ounce pomegranate juice
½ ounce orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or Grand Marnier)
Twist of lemon
Directions
Pour vodka, pomegranate juice and orange liqueur into cocktail shaker. Fill with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Rub lemon twist around rim of chilled cocktail (martini) glass.
Strain drink into glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
