Police are asking for help in identifying suspects in two separate incidents of attempted child enticement in southwestern Colorado Springs this week.

The first incident happened about 4:45 p.m. Monday in the area of 2000 S. Corona Street when a man asked two girls, ages 4 and 9, to get in a vehicle. The suspect is described as dark-skinned, 6-foot-2, thin and possibly in his late 20s. He was wearing dark sunglasses, a black hoodie, black jeans and black shoes.

In the second incident, two men yelled at a 10-year-old girl to get in their vehicle at about 3:26 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of West Cheyenne and Cresta roads. The suspects were in a silver SUV “similar to a Jeep make,” police said.

One of the suspects is described as a man between 17 and 20 years old with dark hair and possibly wearing a white t-shirt. Police said they didn’t have a description for the other suspect.
