Due to overwhelming demand, Walmart stores across the nation are limiting customers to three boxes of firearm ammunition a day.
The limit began for all stores Thursday, said Ashley Hardie, Walmart spokeswoman.
“Once the issue resolved, we’ll address purchase limit,” she said.
The decision was made because Walmart could not keep up with recent increase of demand and wanted to make it fair for all customers, she said.
