A 25-year-old man suspected in connection to a shooting death at a Colorado Springs motel surrendered to authorities in Cañon City on Sunday.
Colorado Springs police had issued an arrest warrant Saturday for Billie Thomas Allen on suspicion of manslaughter after to his chest.
Dore was taken to Penrose Hospital where he later died of his injuries.
