Denver police arrested three people after a man was stabbed trying to rob a woman at gunpoint Friday night.
Police officers were called to the area of East Iliff Avenue and South Monaco Parkway around 9:40 p.m. After arriving, a police officer found the man and two other suspects.
The woman, who was identified as a man in earlier reports, was uninjured, said Lt. Matt Murray.
The suspect who was stabbed was taken to an area hospital.
All three suspects were arrested. Their photos have not been released as investigators said they believe they may have been involved in other robberies in the area.
Authorities identified the three suspects as: Keandre Mims, 18, Miranda Garcia, 19, and Dekar Ray, 20. Police could not say Saturday which of the suspects was stabbed.
