DURANGO, Colo.—A dispute over a catwalk is leaving two pet cats out on a limb while its owners battle their homeowners group.
Two apartment renters built a 13-foot catwalk to a nearby tree that allows their two cats to go outside their second floor abode whenever they want. A ladder was added to let them climb down on their own.
According to the Durango Herald ( ), the couple has until April 30 to remove it or face charges for removal as well as daily fines, possibly $100 a day.
