ENGLEWOOD, Colo.—Police are investigating a group of students from Campus Middle School in Cherry Creek after an unloaded handgun was found in a zipper binder.
School district spokesman Tustin Amole says school officials were investigating a tip about drugs on Tuesday when the gun was discovered.
According to the Denver Post ( ), five students are being investigated. The students could face expulsion.
