The Youth Directions student/career advocacy program will recognize the contributions of Nate Easley, former president of the Denver Public Schools Board of Education, with its Youth Dedication Award.
Easley, current executive director of the Denver Scholarship Foundation, will be honored at Youth Directions’ fourth annual fundraiser and silent auction 6:30 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Artwork Network, 878 Santa Fe Drive in Denver.
Silent and live auction items include a week at a private beachside mansion in the Bahamas and a private plane for a weekend in any major city within 1,000 miles.
