has announced that it has completed acquisition of Denver-based iXtend, a managed-services provider for Oracle’s JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and JD Edwards World software.

IXtend employees will be absorbed into Velocity, and all iXtend offices will continue to operate. IXtend has 29 employees in Denver and 350 worldwide.

The financial terms were not disclosed.

“IXtend is an established, well-regarded business partner in the Oracle JD Edwards community with specialized skills in Configurable Network Computing and application support,” said Tom Bruno, CEO of Velocity.

“This merger strengthens Velocity’s base of talented professionals and expands the services and technology available to iXtend customers,” Bruno added.

Darian Anderson, former chairman and CEO of iXtend, has joined Velocity as vice president of Global Business Development Oracle Solutions.

“IXtend and Velocity share a commitment to customer service and value, constant improvement and innovation,” said Anderson.
