A man is dead after a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 76 near Sterling Wednesday morning.
Trooper Nate Reid, a spokesman for the Colorado State Patrol, said the crash happened on eastbound I-76, 13 miles west of Sterling, shortly after 5 a.m.
One of the vehicles rolled, Reid said, but there was no immediate word on what caused the crash.
No other injuries were immediately reported.
One eastbound lane of I-76 was shut down, but Reid said all eastbound traffic could be stopped during the investigation.
