Wildfire Relief 5K Run Series
July 9: Run To Do Good continues its Five for Fire 5K series. Run To Do Good is a nonprofit that organizes runs to promote good health and benefit other nonprofits. They have partnered with Wildlands Restoration Volunteers for this series, and all entry fees will be donated to wildfire relief in Colorado. The series includes five runs over 10 weeks on a course that begins at 303 Vodka, 2500 47th St., Unit 10 in Boulder. Runs are every other Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. r2dg.org

July 15: Evergreen Parks & Recreation District and Mountain Foothills Rotary present this benefit golf tournament featuring NBA player Keith Van Horn as Honorary Chair. 6-7:15 a.m. registration, 7:30 a.m. shotgun start. $150 per play, $600 per foursome. A continental breakfast and buffet lunch is included. A silent auction is also featured. Proceeds benefit EPRD’s Special Needs Program and provides financial scholarships. Cancer Sucks Freedom Swim

Freedom Run 5K
Thursday: The 32nd annual benefit for Mount Evans Home Health & Hospice in Evergreen. The walk/run begins at Evergreen Middle School at 8 a.m. Race-day registration begins at 6:45 a.m. Proceeds benefit underinsured or uninsured patients along with grief counseling, patient transportation, respite care for family caregivers and Camp Comfort, a bereavement camp for children.
