COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is investigating two fires believed to have been intentionally set at a regional park in Black Forest.
Investigators say they believe the fires are not related.
The 400-acre park is just west of the scar from June’s Black Forest fire, which burned 14,000 acres and destroyed 488 homes.
The sheriff’s office says that fire was human-caused and it also remains under investigation.
