ASPEN, Colo.—Authorities say a 21-year-old woman was killed in a boating accident at Ruedi Reservoir north of Aspen.
Eagle County Coroner Kara Bettis says Haley Rinaldi of Basalt was being pulled on a tube behind a boat when the tow rope snapped and the metal connector struck her in the head at about 3:30 p.m. Friday.
Rinaldi’s death has been ruled an accident.
